After several years of gaining knowledge and experience by working as a freelance web designer, Juan Carreno teamed with Ingrid Schemel and founded IT49 in 2006. In 2009, the company was incorporated in California as IT49 Multimedia and established its headquarters in Agoura Hills, CA.

IT49 Multimedia specializes in Internet services for Property Management companies. We create custom websites that look and work exactly as our clients desire. Upon finishing a client’s website we offer an extensive Full-Service Plan. The flat rate Full-Service Plan includes continued website care, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Internet Marketing and eliminates the need for our clients to employ additional staff and incur additional expenses on training, hardware, and software.

After receiving his bachelor in Business Administration in 1998, Juan decided to pursue a career in New Media and move to Los Angeles, CA. Juan received his certification in Interactive Media in 2003. Since then he has continued self-training to keep up with the new trends in Internet technology and marketing. Juan is in charge of new business development and programming using Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and more.

Ingrid started working professionally in Web Design even before she received her Business Administration degree in 2006. She is a hands-on manager that supervises a team in charge of the maintenance and marketing of all our clients' websites. Ingrid specializes in HTML and CSS coding, which is the foundation for a successful website.
